Linreix can extend many product series with hermetic connectors, to meet requirement of air tightness for vacuum equipment. 

Contacts are made with Fe-Ni alloy, which has the same expansion coefficient as glass.  They are integrally (like the left and middle one) or partially (like the right one) sintered with glass to connector shells.  Shells are usually made with stainless SUS316. Leakage is usually smaller than 1x10^-3pa∙cm³/s.
